DEAR XIR
Letters from the Intersection

DEAR XIR –
I know…I know…it’s Monday.
You’re probably like wut the hellyante lol but I have news:
I'm sunsetting Dear XIR for Q3 (do not slash my tires).
When I started this newsletter, it was meant to be the soul of our movement – the living space where cross-functional thinkers could feel seen, understood, and powerful at the intersection.
But since launching in January, it's become something completely different. Performance instead of purpose. Weekly pressure instead of strategic clarity.
And I refuse to keep telling you that you're brilliant without having 1) the undeniable systems that prove it and 2) the actual solutions that get you to the next step.
So what’s happening?
The discipline moment hit me hard last week:
Do we want to be mediocre and focus on 3 goals at once, or do we want to be excellent and deliver the ONE thing we promised you we'd build?
The freedom to be your weird ass self and get paid well for it.
You already know which one I chose.
We're releasing the XIR Operating System soon – the plug-and-play framework that will legitimize cross-functional builders with actual data across multiple industries.
This is no longer about theory or inspiration.
We need systems, results, and structure.
The real work gets done
Let’s be clear: I am not disappearing. I'm concentrating.
To get what you’ve never had you have to do what you’ve never done.
This is my way of saying NO to one thing so we can get our YES to our thing.
You can still find me on LinkedIn via daily content and The Cross-functional Founder: unfiltered stories, signals, and receipts from a founder building at the intersection – at work and in life.
Plus deeper dives via The Intersection Index w/ data & trends that validate everything we've been saying.
My commitment
My commitment remains unchanged and I'm doing what it takes to see it through by any means necessary.
Stay close. Trust me. And trust the process.
Love you more than words can express.

The Cross-Functional Founder
The future belongs to the intersection.
