DEAR XIR –

I need to be honest with you.

I am not the same Jeanine I was three months ago.

Not the same as two weeks ago.

Hell, not even the same as two days ago.

And I've been sitting with something that won't let me go:

What if that's exactly how it should be?

For months, I've been trying to force myself back into the same freaking box I was helping others break out of.

Ironic, right?

I've been introspective not because I had nothing to say, but because I was experiencing a fundamental shift in how I operate at the intersection.

The systems that got me here – they don't serve where we're going.

And I was holding on so tight that it started working against the movement.

Maybe you've felt it too.

That quiet recognition. That subtle knowing.

Like the universe is whispering:

The old way that got you here. It won't get you there.

Both Can Be True

Here's what the silence taught me:

As XIRs, our superpower isn't just operating at intersections.

It's embracing that contradictions can coexist – powerfully.

That we don't have to choose.

Most of the world operates in false binaries:

• You're either business-minded OR community-focused

• You're either structured OR creative

• You're either scaling OR deepening

But what if the most powerful truth is that both exist simultaneously?

Not to take it too deep but I always think of trees in times like this.

Trees grow up AND deeper simultaneously.

They expand outward AND strengthen their core.

They break new ground AND deepen their roots.

This isn't philosophy. It's nature. It's truth.

The System Works Against Us

Until we become the system.

For years, I've resisted a world that puts intersectional talent in boxes.

That makes us choose one lane.

That says pick a specialty or get left behind.

But what if we don't need to fight the system anymore?

What if we simply need to build the new infrastructure?

I spent 15 years translating my weird into corporate language so others would value it.

Now I realize: the language itself needs to change.

We need new systems to recognize, value, and measure what happens at the intersection.

Not by contorting ourselves to fit old models,

but by creating models that honor how we actually create value.

Systems Over Chaos

Keeping it 100 (cause you know I always do):

I don't have all the answers.

Anyone who claims they do is either full of shit or delusional
(…respectfully lol).

What I do have is a commitment to building this with you.

To creating systems that support our growth rather than limit it.

To building stability within transformation.

Because this movement isn't just about getting people hired.

It's about fundamentally shifting how value is created and recognized.

And that requires both vision AND execution.

The Next Step: Simplify

My big realization?

I've been making this shit entirely too complex (for all of us).

Old Jeanine thought more words = higher intelligence.

Being misunderstood my whole life meant if I said more,

Then people might actually understand my brain and thought processes.

But my brothers and sisters in christ…they still don’t 😂

And I’ve finally accepted that.

The path forward isn't about adding more.

It's about stripping away what doesn't serve us to reveal what's essential.

So here's what I'm offering:

A simple system to:

1. Identify your unique intersections

2. Translate your value into language that sells

3. Articulate that value clearly and confidently

4. Position yourself in the market effectively

No complex formulas. Just practical steps.

This isn't the final solution – it's the first iteration.

We'll refine it together as we grow.

A Promise

I can't promise I won't continue to evolve.

What I can promise is transparency at every step.

I can promise that I'm committed to this movement.

That I'm building systems that will support us all.

And I can promise that whatever changes come,

they'll be in service of our collective growth.

They'll be in service of we, the XIRs.

What's Next
