It's finally happening.

After months of brewing, testing, pivoting, and deep soul-searching, I'm ready to share something major with you — because family always gets the first look.

Tomorrow, we're officially launching our rebrand. But today? Today, it's just us, in this raw, unfiltered moment where I get to tell you first:

Bridg is becoming XIR Agency.

Finding Our X Factor

For the last several months, I've been listening. To you. To the market. To myself. And the signal was crystal clear:

Our superpowers aren't in fitting into boxes, but in living richly at the intersections. My biggest strength? Connecting people. Yours? Operating across multiple disciplines in ways traditional roles can't contain.

I kept seeing green everywhere I looked. In signs, in art, in random moments.

And I realized: this was the universe telling me to go back to the foundation. To build something true to my voice, my vision, my weird.

Last Friday, we closed our first XIR agency client. We're about to place not one but two verified XIRs at $1.5B startup before we even launch.
