Dear XIR –

Lawd jesus, we've hit a milestone!

Letter 11 means this is officially the longest-running newsletter I've ever had 😂

And it’s all because of YOU. Your responses, your engagement, the way you've embraced this weird ass movement we're building together – it fuels me in ways I can't even explain.

So as I'm planning the next 7 newsletters, I want to do something different. Instead of writing based on what I think I know, I want to write directly for YOU.

See, I have about 1000 frameworks swimming in my head.

Crazy stories from the field. Templates that have helped me land deals. Systems I've built from scratch. I could throw all that at you and call it a day.

But that's not how we roll in these XIR streets.

It's about YOUR journey at the intersection. And I need to know what would actually move the needle for you right now.

So I'm asking straight up:

In an ideal world, as it relates to XIR and your cross-functional talent, what would help you the most?

Is it:

• Articulating your value in language that sells?

• Mapping your intersection to business outcomes?

• Monetizing your skills through multiple streams?

• Building systems that support your cross-functional work?

• Something completely different I haven't even thought of?

The more responses, the more I learn.

And that helps me be intentional with everything I create – both in this newsletter and in the tech platform we're developing.
